M9_02, a multi-use condominium building by McGill Development Group, is the second of a four-phase architecturally exceptional project, highly visible in the new Montreal. With its stylized and daring architecture, M9 stands out amongst other more standard residential projects.
The building is adjacent to Phase 1 and includes condominiums, terraced apartments, as well as office and retail spaces. The architects and designers gave careful consideration to ambience of the 9 storey M9 creating a modern and dynamic place for working and living in the downtown core. The entrance lobby, full of light and open on two floors, is connected at the mezzanine level to a bright interior courtyard. Offices occupy the next two levels, accessed through a separate entrance. The corridors received special attention and were designed in a sophisticated New York boutique hotel style. The apartment units vary in size from 670 to 1438 square feet and the terraced apartments from 1360 to 2000 square feet.
